There are - 1000 Vegetarian recipes 148 recipes from Company's Coming - a cookbook series 149 recipes from the TV Show Shelf Talk ( 1999 recipes ) 354 Thai recipes 132 Gourmet & Bon Appetit recipes from December 1995 To download go to - http://www.ukrecipes.co.uk/ * Exported from MasterCook * Butterscotch Oat Drops Recipe By : Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Company's Coming Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup Butter or marg -- softened 1/2 cup Sugar 1 cup Brown sugar -- packed 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Vanilla 2 cups Flour 2 cups Rolled oats 1 teaspoon Baking soda 1 teaspoon Baking powder 1 teaspoon Salt 2 cups Butterscotch chips 1 cup Chopped nuts 1. Cream together butter and both sugars. Beat in eggs 1 at a time. Add vanilla. 2. Measure in remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 8-10 mins.
