Guest guest Posted February 28, 2000 Report Share Posted February 28, 2000 tofu spaghetti whole wheat or normal spaghetti's 1 pack of tofu mashed with a fork 1 can of peeled tomatoes with juice 1 clove of garlic 1 onion very finely diced olive oil salt & pepper oregano optional: 1\2 glass of dry red wine optional topping: grated old cheese or parmesan cheese bring water to a boil and cook the spaghetti's put olive oil in a pan and turn on heat, fry unions and garlic after they are glazy annd the mashed tofu and optional red wine add can of peeled tomatoes, simmer for 10 minutes, add the salt & pepper and oregano and let simmer for another 3 to 5 minutes and it's ready. if desired you can add some grated cheese on top of it on your plate.
