Tofruitti Bagel Spread

8 ounces silken tofu -- patted dry

2 ripe bananas -- peeled and sliced

2 tablespoons fruit-sweetened peach spread

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

1 tablespoon peanut OR almond butter (optional)

 

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until well

combined. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for several

hours to allow the flavors to develop.
