Miso Tahini Spread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1/2 cup tahini

1/4 cup miso

1/4 cup silken tofu -- patted dry

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

 

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until well

combined. Refrigerate the unused portions in a covered container and use as a

spread on toast, bread, or crackers.
