someone asked me to figure out the points for this recipe. It is 2.16 points

per 1/2 cup serving. Add 1 point per cup of fruit to dip in it :)

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

16 ounces fat-free plain yogurt -- 2 ( 8oz) cartons

1 package fat-free vanilla pudding

1/2 cup crushed pineapple -- drained

1 teaspoon coconut extract

1 teaspoon rum extract

1 cup Cool Whip® Fat Free

Bite sized pieces of fresh fruits

(such as pineapple,strawberries, kiwi -- grapes, etc...)

 

In a medium bowl blend yogurt and pudding mix; stir in pineapple and extracts.

Fold in whipped topping. Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Serve with fruit

dippers.

 

Yield: 2 1/2 Cups

 

NOTE: Makes 5 (1/2 cup) servings of dip, use 1 cup or more cut fresh fruit to

dip into the dip for 1 point per cup of fruit.
