There are 1000 recipes from the EAT-LF mailing list and 215 UK recipes from Carlton Food Network. There are now 57,500 recipes on-line at The UK Recipe Archive in both Mastercook and Mealmaster formats. Over 17,000 of the recipes have now been converted into Now You're Cooking format. New this week are over 8,000 UK recipes. Grill them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked. Or roast on a baking tray at 180øC/350øF/gas mark 4 for about 15 minutes. Either way, let them get cool before spreading them with the olive paste, roasted peppers and mozzarella. Roll up the aubergines, skinny end towards the fat end. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour to firm up.
