Someone asked me to figure out the points for this recipe. It is 5.10 points

per serving ( 1/8 pie ).

PISTACHIO-PINEAPPLE PIE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 1/2 cups fat-free yogurt -- vanilla

1/2 cup marshmallow cream

15 1/4 ounces crushed pineapple in juice -- 1 can well drained

1 ounce fat / sugar free pistachio pudding -- 1 package

1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch

 

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Sprinkle pudding mix

over yogurt mixture; stir until well blended. Pour mixture into piecrust; cover

and chill at least 2 hours.

 

Makes 8 servings.

 

NOTES: For additional color and crunch, sprinkle 2 tablespoons chopped

pistachios over the top of the pie. Adding this topping does not change the

number of points per serving.
