Fresh Green Beans with Yogurt, Pomegranate and Walnuts

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 Tbsp Butter Buds®

1 lb green beans -- trimmed

1/2 onion -- chopped

2 cloves garlic -- chopped

1 pinch cinnamon

1 pinch ground cloves

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup nonfat yogurt -- plain

1 cup pomegranate seeds

1/4 c walnuts -- chopped and toasted

pepper

 

Cook the green beans in water with butter buds, onion, garlic and salt until

tender. Drain any extra water and return beans to pan. Sprinkle with

cinnamon and cloves. Stir in yoghurt and heat. Place in serving bowl and

garnish with pomegranate seeds and walnuts.
