Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

-------- ------------ --------------------------------

-- 1 1/2 LB LOAF--

1 1/4 cups orange juice

3 tablespoons butter

1/4 cup molasses

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour

1 2/3 cups bread flour

1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder

2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

3/4 cup orange sections -- chopped

Bake according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the orange pieces during

the raisin bread cycle, or five minutes before the final kneading is finished.

NOTES: Both chopped orange sections and ornage juice make for the sunny flavor

of this bread.

JENN'S LOWER FAT NOTES: Use unsweetened applesauce instead of butter.
