Someone asked me to figure out recipes. This one is 5.39 points per serving.

PUMPKIN CREAM PIE

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 graham cracker pie crust, 9 inch -- 9oz

1 3/4 cups pumpkin pie filling -- 15oz can

1 package fat-free vanilla pudding -- /pie filling mix

1 cup skim milk

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

2 cups Cool Whip® Fat Free -- (about 6 ounces)

1 cup fresh raspberries -- optional

 

Combine pumpkin, pudding mix, milk and pumpkin pie spice in large mixer bowl;

beat for 1 minute or until blended. Fold in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Spoon

into crust. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Let stand in

refrigerator 1 hour before serving. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and

raspberries. Serve immediately.

 

Makes 8 servings

NOTE: You can lower the points of the recipe if you use a low fat graham cracker

crust. A normal pie crust is 24.46 points for the whole crust so thats 3 points

per serving out of 5.39 which is from the crust.
