Gradually stir in the remaining orange juice, then stir in the soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and pepper flakes; bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer until thickened, 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in the oil. Drizzle over broccoli.
