Sun and Saturn are in 11th house which is the significator house C, they are at least seeing house C (even if not aspecting any other significator house) then why they should not be counted ? Does it mean that any planet situated in a significator house can not be counted for Row 10 unless it is aspecting another significator house ? 2.If Sun is not counted in Row 10 and its points in Row 13th are 19, then by the same token Saturn should not be counted in Row 10 and its total point in Row 13 should be 11 not 17, is this correct ? 3.You have mentioned ayanamsa of 22:30:34 for this chart, should it be 22:30:04 ? 4. Is marriage completely denied in this chart or is there any hope for marriage by propitiating certain planets ? Please elaborate. Thanks.
