I don't know of any other freeware that allows a custom ayanamsa, however,

if you have downloaded JHLite, you can get a VERY close and accurate

ayanamsa (within seconds) if you select " Custom Ayanamsa " and then just

enter " 1:1:40 " - and " Subtract " . I entered a few charts there to 'test' it

and it came within 3 seconds of Krushna's.
