Guest guest Posted September 1, 2000 Report Share Posted September 1, 2000 Dear Krushna and List Members, It is my understanding that when a planet is Lord of a Primary Upachaya House, this planet will NOT contribute Malefic Points when aspecting houses A, B, or C - Is this correct? Will this same Primary Upachaya Lord contribute Benefic Points, or will this planet simply have no effect either way because of its lordship? The 6th house from 'A' is denoted as 'B' and 10th house as 'C'. Then A,B,C houses are called as main upchay stan. 3rd and 11th are secondary upchay stan. They help by their lordship, or the planets situated in those house having more then 4 points. The lords of 3rd and 11th houses are helping planets, and their sight on main upchay stan is always of benefic nature. Even if such lords are with more then 4 points, we take no effect for that. In case if those are with less then 4 points we count their benefic points for sight. For example if Saturn is in House A it will aspect House C. What will the effect of Saturn on House C (a) If it has say 6 bindus and (b) if it has (2) Bindus. Then you say that the Lords of the 3rd and 11th are helping planets and their sight on the main Upchaya Stan is always helping even if they have more than four points. So if they have say 6 points and aspect House A do they conribute +6 points to House A? Finally one last question, throughout the lessons you have virtually not mentioned conjunctions with regards to sights. If you have Venus and Mars in conjunction Mars with say 6 points and Venus with 2points does Venus contribute +6 points to Mars and Mars contribute -6 points to Venus Peter -- In , " krushna kalani J.K.
