Guest guest Posted September 3, 2000 Report Share Posted September 3, 2000 Dear Krushna and List Members, Me again with more questions...;-) OK...We know that planets that are aspecting the Significator Houses (Primary Upachayas) are out of the running and will NOT come forward to give the results for an event, so here's my next question... If a planet aspects a Significator House (Primary Upachaya) and has 4 points, it is considered NEUTRAL - Is a NEUTRAL planet CAPABLE of coming forward to give the results of an event because it has "NO EFFECT" on the planet it aspects, OR is it rendered ineffective and incapable of giving results because of its aspect - even though it is a "neutral aspect"?
