Guest guest Posted September 6, 2000 Report Share Posted September 6, 2000 Dear Krushna and other List Members, When doing - sorry trying to do the first exercise set by Krushna I spent 2-3 days working on it my quiet moments and had just completed the worksheet when I got the answer. To my dismay I was completely wrong and it took another 2 days to work out why it was wrong. When the information was posted it only gave the co-ordinates but no Town and no time Zone. When I entered these details into PL it automatically gave me a time Zone of 5 hours East. This was WRONG it should have given me 5.5 Hrs east. I was only able to correct this by looking at an atlas and finding a city near the co-ordinates and entering the name - only then would the program allow me to use 5.5hrs east as the time zone. I also noted that in the " interesting chart " put up by Sanjay there were no birth details given. Could we please enter ALL birth details when putting charts in for exercises. This way we could save a lot of time for some of us. I definitely agree here. All it takes is one misleading error at the beginning and the whole thing might as well be torn up and thrown away. We especially need to all agree on these basic points BEFORE the chart is even put up. Then we can get to the heart of the matter and know that we're all dealing on the same page.
