Planets that aspect houses A,B or C can NOT give the results In this case these planets are Mars, Jupiter Venus and Saturn 10th house theory applies to Mercury who is 4th from Moon and has more points. Mercury can thus give the results. First (possible for marriage)bukti of Mercury was in in 1992, but that was a Dasa period of Venus who is in krittika with Saturn and can thus not give the results Second Mercury bukti starts end of 1999. So I think marriage was possible in the Sun/Mercury period. Sun has 13 points and Mercury 17.
