On second thought, I could be wrong about Saturn in my marriage chart. I just spotted something else that needs consideration... Saturn is posited in the 12th from the 7th (House B) and should then be considered debilitated in my case. So a debilitated planet cannot be helpful in bringing about results, UNLESS there are further exceptions to this rule. So now we have a Secondary Upachaya Lord, Saturn, in samdharmi, but also debilitated... So my question is - (for when this happens in any chart) - Would Saturn be considered by its debilitation factor OR its secondary upachaya lord factor??? Which takes precedence?
