Guest guest
Dear Krushna and List Members, Just to take my Marriage Chart a bit further in analysis, we are told that to arrive at the "Date for Marriage" we are to consider the Transit Lord of the Upachaya House of Marriage. Generally is should be in the Sign and Constellation of a powerful significator. House A is the Upachaya House - So in this case we are referring to Aries and the transit lord is Mars. So on Feb. 15, 1969, the date the marriage took place, transit lord Mars was posited in its own sign of Scorpio, in the Nakshatra of Vishakha and ruled by Jupiter. So even though Mars is posited in its own sign in transit, it is still low in total points, with Mars having 7 and Jupiter having 9 total points. And even though Jupiter is in the 4th from Mercury, Mercury has 4 points so Jupiter is not samdharmi to Mercury. Does transit Mars having sight on both secondary upachaya houses of Saturn and Mercury have any bearing on this (even though no effect should be felt because transit Mars has 4 points in the ashtakavarga of Scorpio.) Now to make sure that you are still following me, I am trying to figure out "why" would you have picked the dates from the 25th of January to the 10th of February. Transit lord Mars was in the same sign and Nakshatra during that time period also. Saturn, however, was transiting the sign of Pisces (with 2 points) in the Nakshatra of Revati, ruled by Mercury, (both main and secondary upachaya lord) and having sight on (aspecting) both the 7th and Venus...Does that have any relevance in Saturn's role - even though Saturn is considered debilitated because it is posited natally in the 12th from the 7th? (House B). Just thinking out loud again...;-( Namaste, Sandy
Guest guest
Dear Krushna, Thank you for the clarifications....One more question below please...;-) You wrote: > > Dear Sandy and the list members, > Some thing is wrong here. ( some mistake in correcting my English) Are you saying that for timing the event we are ALWAYS to consider the transit position of the SUN (for sign and constellation) and NOT the transit position of the Lord of the Significating Upachaya House? (House B) Thanks. ~Namaste~ Sandy
Guest guest
CORRECTION - I MEANT TO SAY we are NOT to consider the transit position of the lord of signifying Upachaya HOUSE " A " ... NOT House " B " ..Sorry! ~Namaste~ Sandy > Dear Krushna, > > Thank you for the clarifications....One more question below please...;-) > > You wrote: > > > > Dear Sandy and the list members, > > Some thing is wrong here. Guest guest
Dear Sandy and the list members, Some thing is wrong here. The transit of Sun should be considered. The transit of sun in the sign and /or the constilettion of the other power ful significators. ( some mistake in correcting my English) In your case those are Saturn and the Moon. (Sanjay have objected for Saturn for being significator as it takes the points of sixth lord. One way he is correct. But here one thing should be kept in mind, the Sun and the Moon should not be considered as ill, having the lord ship of sixth house. Other wise he is correct. You are also correct, considering Saturn being debilitated being in 12 th house from 7th house, so it can not give the result. So considering the transit of Sun in the constilletion of Moon and Sign of Saturn, I came to this date. thanks krushna > " Sandy Crowther " <sandy > > >CC: <agcm > Transit Lord >Tue, 12 Sep 2000 10:49:32 -0400 > >Dear Krushna and List Members, > >Just to take my Marriage Chart a bit further in analysis, we are told that >to arrive at the " Date for Marriage " we are to consider the Transit Lord of >the Upachaya House of Marriage.
