From Aries lagna; Take the house in question and the 8th from it will be the Natural Karak.

 

You'll find that 8th from Pisces(12th from Aries), is Libra, thus Venus is Natural Karak.

Dear Visti and Sanjay,

The Natural Karak (naisargik Karak) is karak denoted from Kal Purush

Kundali (Chart) This is nothing but a chart with Aries Ascendent.

The Karak planet is always the lord of the eight house. or as per AV system

we can say that the Natural karak is the lord of house 'A'.

As you asked the Karak of 12th house, means considering the 12th house as

'B' then 7th house will be house 'A'. Considering Arises as Ascendent then

7th lord will be Venus. So Natural Karak for 12th house is Venus.

The Functional Karak, for any house ('B'), is the lord of house 'A',

for the chart in consideration. Suppose we are studying a chart having

Cancer as Ascendent, then the Functional Karak for 12th house (considering

it as house 'B') is the lord of house 'A', that is again 7th house, and for

7th house for cancer ascendent is capricorn, so lord is Saturn. So for

Cancer Ascendent the Functional karak for 12th house is Saturn.

For all the charts, The Natural Karak is common, for a perticular

house. So for all the chart, the natural Karak for 12th House is Venus. The

functional Karak will be the lord of 7th house for 12th house.
