Dear Members,

To rectify the birth time, we must follow following procedure:

1. Fixing the ascendent

This can be done by considering the overall nature of the

person. This way we can have astakvarg table for each planet. The

ascendent is the fast moving item in the chart. Second is Moon. If we

know some instances of the life we can first fix the ascendent.

In the chart under consideration, We know that the birth is in the

morning. So we can have two ascendends rising in morning. 1. Cancer

and second Leo.

Some information given by the native

His father expired on 1st March 1941, and Mother expired on 17th Jan

1952. It means he have not got the pleasure of living with the

father. Father is represent by ninth house. Considering Cancer

ascendent ninth lord is Jupiter, Lagna lord and ninth lord are in 6:8

combination, which indicates dispute. The saperation due to dispute

may be indicated. With Leo acendent Ninth lord is Mars and ascendent

lord is Sun, they are in same sign but difference is more then 15

degrees. Such difference can be treated as 2:12 combination. Whic

indicates lack of happiness, or the person may not be near.

Again the person have not lived with his mother, Mother

indicated by 4th house, lord is for cancer ascendent is Libra , lord

is Venus . The relation with Moon and Venus is 3:11. For Leo

ascendent it is again 2:12 ( Sun and Mars)

So leo ascendent is more suitable. The nature of the person

also suits more to leo ascendent. With Cancer the points in 1st house

are 26 and in 7th are 23. Which do not in line with the person'

nature his daring and confidence.

The Leo ascendent is seems to be more suitable. He married on

7th Oct 1960. As per leo asendent the sub is of Mars, whic is lord of

house 'D' and situated in house 'E'

Sun is in the last degree, so at sun rise the ascendent must

be in the same degree. So the if we consider the cancer ascendent the

time must be after sun rise. The Swoday kasl means the time of Cancer

in ascendent is about 180 min for the birth place, so birth should be

after 4:45 , the sub at that time is of Moon and moon is situated in

12th house, but the points acqiuired is only 11. So We must think of

Leo acendent.

Now Leo acendent is fixed. What about the degree of ascendent.

Leo starts from 4 :51am to 7:48 am. means 177 minits. So the birth

can be any where in that time.

To fix the correct time There are some procedure. First we have

to find out the power ful planet. In this chart the Jupiter is the

power ful becasuse Saturn is situated in the fourth place from it.

The degrees which are related to Jupiter and Saturn are 20 to 30 in

aquarius and 3:20 to 16:40 in pices. so the degree of the acendent

can be any of above.

It should be noted that the instances in the life generally

happens when the transist of the sun is in the sign and constellation

of the powerful planets, in this case it is Jupiter and Saturn , It

is observed that most instances are happened around 4th March. At

that time the sun trasist in aquarius in degree around 20 to 21. So

the asendent can be with in this degree 20 to 21. The sun when it

will be in the seventh house at same degree it will give perticular

result. This is

a very important phenomenon, to fix the birth time. This case is

easy, because the Jupiter is powerful planet for the result of all

the houses. Hence in every sub period on a perticulat date of the

year when Sun is passing through the constellation of Jupiter Some

good (or bad) event happens.

Generally this point is in seventh house, or tenth house. In

ninth and fifth house also such point lies.

Again all the instances of the life checked and confirmed with

Moon, thus birth time is fixed at 6:54 am.
