I was just looking at a chart of a young man were Mars (2points) is very strong because he always collects 14 points from Mercury in every house. Saturn, also having 2 points has sight on mars, mercury, jupiter, and venus BUT SATURN IS LORD OF THE SECOND HOUSE. Even when Saturn is giving good points, does the sight of the lord of the 2nd affect the quality of the native's life ? Is a very strong Mars (35 points)and a strong Saturn a blessing in a chart ? If the tenth lord is aspected by 2nd lord, the person gets more worries and problems. This is one point. The overall chart, navmansha should also be considered. The planets becomes samdharmi to second lord increases the problems in the life. This is one side of second lord.
