Dear Krushna and list,

If a planet is 12th lord and it has 4 bindus points it will give its

points to the 4th planet from it, and we don't have to deduct the points

because of it being the 12th lord?

example page 35 of the lessons Jupiter is 12th lord with 4 bindus points

Saturn gets its 14 points so we don't deduct the 14 points from Saturn?

Is it because Jupiter has 4 bindus points and is neutral?

Dear Sylvia,

12th lord means the lord of the house which is 12th from house 'B'.

We do not mean 12th lord of the chart. If it is with 4 points it will not

get points from the planet situated in 4th house from it, until it is lord

of house 'D' and 'E'.

No planet gives points to 4th planet, What you say is some thing

confusing. Points are given to 10th planet not to 4th planet.

Dear Krushna,

I am sorry I didn't explain myself very well, I know that the 12th lord

is counted from house B, what I was trying to ask is on the example

worksheet on page 35 of the lessons, Juipter is the 12 lord from house B

for the 7th house and sun, mercury and saturn are in tenth house from

jupiter , saturn gets the points from jupiter. I thought we were suppose

to deduct the points.

Dear Sylvia,

Yes you are correct, for the result of 7th house, points of jupiter

should not be added, so Saturn will remain with 18 points. Still it is power

ful, and natural samdharmi to lord of D. Si it given the chance. Now in this

case note that Jupiter sub was before this, and in the jupiter sub the

transit of jupiter was from 11th house, as per vedic astrology it was more

favorable period, but as Jupiter is sixth lord, it can not give result.

Saturn which is having sight on 11th house 'C', only being samdharmei to

Venus, lord of 'D', geven the marriage. In india the girls get married at

early age, about (18 years, it is changed now due to education ), She was

about 25 years, at the time of marriage. This was a case of delayed

marriage. Sun Venus difference is about 46 degrees, and Saturn is aspecting

Venus (navmansha) and one of the lumenery, Sun is with Saturn.

house C with 4 points, on line 14a of the worksheet saturn is there, on

line 15a is 3, on line 16a is 5 benefic points, now on line 16e for

adjustment for 12 lord do I deduct 8 points for the jupiter or the 5

benefic points?

dEAR sYLVIA,

There will be no deduction due to the sight of Jupiter, Because it

is having 4 points in third. The sight is nutral. We do not add any points

for the planet having 4 points.

Jupiter is 6th lord, and it is aspected by Saturn having 3 points,

so Saturn will give 5 points to Jupiter. We deduct only the points gained by

any planet, due to the sight of 12th lord. No effect for 12th lord itself.
