Main period lord

Respected Krushnaji,

 

In one of your previous mails, you had mentioned that the main period lord,

while not involved in giving the result, sets the background in which

results are given. You had given an example of Jupiter as functional karak

of 10th and 1st house. During the period of 16 years of Jupiter, results

given by the various planets would pertain to these two issues. To a smaller

extent, these might be related to the issues of its natural karak also.

 

Let us say that Jupiter is functional karak for the 4th and 7th house and

natural karak for the 2nd and 5th house. Does this mean that in its main

period, the other house matters would not be touched? Or does it mean that

these will be touched to a lesser degree. For example, 6th and 10th houses

are not covered in this. Does this mean that the person will stop working

and retire?

 

Sorry if this sounds stupid. I just want to get the confusion cleared.
