The spirit of Truth

Is the spirit of practice.

You are always free,

And always free to be free.

Do not doubt the ability

To abide as the Self;

Do not let this ability go unused.

Nothing obstructs,

But one's imagination.

Persevere and inquire,

Listen, reflect, meditate,

So that practice is filled with

The spirit of Truth.
