I am doing a feature story on Black vegetarians and I would love to

interview a few members of your chat group.

I am on a tight deadline, and would need to conduct all interviews by Monday

Hi Zondra;

I would be delighted to be a part of your vegetarian story we are a

family of vegan vegetarians and raw foodist. Myself I am 100% raw foodist. My

family members are vegan. Our diets have saved our life's. I once weighted

over 300lbs and was an 2x's a day insulin dependent diabetic. My son

suffered profusely from asthma. We are both now very healthy. No longer

diabetic or insulin dependent and the asthma is now under control without

medicine.

Our dinners are delicious and nutritious. This is a subject that many

black foks would do well to look at as a alternative to medication and

declining health.
