Go Vegan Radio Show

Hi,

 

In case anybody couldn't find it, I wanted to let you know where the

Go Vegan radio show went. It was on on Sundays at 11:00 am, but they

recently announced it was moving to Sundays at 9:00 pm. The radio

station that carries this LA-based show (KYCY 1550 AM) is running ads

announcing the change, but the show was not on until 10:30 pm last

night. I don't know whether this is its new time slot or that was a

one-time thing. The show is no longer live here.

 

Last night's show had Karen Davis from United Poultry Concerns talking

about how abominably turkeys are treated, which she has also written

about in her book " More Than A Meal. " Theoretically, you can hear

the archived shows www.goveganradio.com, but that feature doesn't

seem to be working yet on the site. The show is also broadcast live

on the Net at its new time--Wednesdays at 9:00 pm. They are also now

on the CRN cable tv network (radio shows on TV?), but this doesn't

seem to be available in Northern CA.
