If you d via e-mail, your default subscription is for individual e-mails. Once you register with , you do have the option to select whether you receive individual e-mails, a daily digest, or no-mail/read the messages on the web. I have some instructions on how to do this, if you want them, e-mail me. Fund for Animals Party - Dec 16th: 1) SFBAVEG will have a table there with info on SFBAVEG, and information on how to join, V-pins, and free information on veg*nism. 2) Virginia Handley could use one or two people to help set-up for the Party.
