Guest guest Posted December 5, 2001 Report Share Posted December 5, 2001 Dear Friends, Cindy Liang, Anh Le, and I will be offering our free monthly vegan cooking class next Wednesday, December 12th down at the Wild Oats Market in Sunnyvale (on Mary at Fremont), from 6 pm to 9 pm. The theme for this class will be Xmas favorites, the menu being comprised of: * Wild Rice Pilaf * Savory Stuffed Squash * Cranberry-Nut Bread * Cindy's Vegan Cheesecake Class participants watch while the instructors prepare these simple, yet delectable, vegan delights. There's always plenty of food for sampling, and attendants leave with stacks of recipe sheets and veggie propaganda. As an early heads up, in January, Erhhung Yuan will be joining Cindy, Anh, and I for a cooking class with the theme, " Multicultural Potluck, " drawing inspiration from our various world cuisines.
