WANTED.. ACTIVISTS OF ALL AGES

 

PLEASE RESPOND TO: Love4allanimals

 

If you are opposed to the many forms of animal abuse

in the greater bay area – rodeos, circuses, physical

abuse of animals, exploitation of animals for profit,

etc. then join our local campaign and help us end

these and other animal cruelties.

 

Some of our activities include leafleting all circuses

which use animals, rodeos, tabling at local malls,

writing letters to the editor, contacting DAs to

ensure they have all the information needed to fully

prosecute those who torture and abuse animals.......

 

Even if you are currently working on your own animal

rights issues, we would like to hear from you. Joining

together to share information, successes and failures

can help us all overcome the hurdles much sooner than

by working alone. We are simply looking to build a

network of animal activists from all over the bay area

so we can call on you when an animal abuser comes to

visit your area.

 

The first step is getting to know you and how you

would like to be involved. Next we'll schedule a brief

meeting and work collaboratively to coordinate local

activities for 2002.

 

Please indicate which of the following activities

you would like to participate in:

 

1) Attend leafleting events (i.e. circuses, rodeos,

etc)

 

2) Write letters (i.e. letters to the editors,

corporations, etc)

 

3) Contribute to a Bay Area newsletter (i.e. personal

stories, news updates, calendar of events)

 

4) Communicate/organize volunteers (i.e. post

information on Internet, send emails, telephone tree,

etc)

 

5) Organize/participate in tabling opportunities at

local malls, stores

 

6) Spearhead petition drives

 

7) Contact media to promote story ideas, news coverage

 

8) Other -- please list any/all of your ideas not

mentioned above
