She said it would be nice to do something else during her later years of life, such as dancing. --- Minako Organic Japanese Restaurant finally opened after a car ran into their store front. They have a large vegan menu, with organic soy sauce, sugar, rice, etc.. Their soup are vegan based made with seaweed. They have a separate fryer for veggie items. Separate knives and cutting boards are used for their fish and chicken. No beef or pork served at the restaurant. This is a small mother and daughter operation. 2154 Mission St/17th & 18th St, SF 415 864 1888. 10% off to SFVS Society members.
