We had the pleasure of dining at Roxanne's a new Vegetarian Raw Foods

Restaurant located in Larkspur,California. The Restaurant is located

in downtown Larkspur and just opened their doors to the public on the

21st. of December. We had the opportunity to attend one of the pre-

opening tasting dinners that were offered by Roxanne's. Our evening

was a gastronomic delight.

 

The decor is exquisite in design and very warm and inviting.

 

It is worth trying!

Some of the items on the menu:

 

--Spicy stuffed anaheim chilies served with ensalada de buena noche

and mole poblano.

--Yellow curry winter vegetables with creamy whipped parsnips

--Udon noodle soup with baby spinach and shitake mushrooms

--Wild muchroom pizza with baby arugula and herbed cashew cheese

 

Portions are small but satisfying.
