Today Eric was in Menlo Park, approximately 40 people

attended the full-house lecture. None of the

vegetarians wore their veggie T-shirts though. I saw

for sure, 6 veggies.

People were shocked to know that NOT only beef was not

safe to eat, but also FISH and chicken. People were

so lost, thinking what CAN they eat? I wished Eric

would suggest to folks to eat organic veggies or

something like that. I really felt like shouting out

loud " eat vegetables " .

Herbivore restaurant, says " whenever possible, organic

produce used " . Three years ago, I personally saw

their produce boxes, and NONE of them were from

organic vegetables. Just ask the waiter for an

updated status. Organic vegetables are a lot cheaper

during the summer. They should have no excuse not to

use organic vegetables during the summer.

The owner by the way is a young man and he's vegan.

Herbivore on Divisadero, no news yet, according to

today's report from the manager. Usually when trying

to remodel a restaurant in SF, it takes an extra few

months for the city to get their inspection/laws

together. It's really a pain in the butt working with

the city inspectors. You'll be the first to know when

it opens.
