Guest guest
Hi all, They have their own brand of pizza, " Trader Giotto's " , and one of the flavors offered is a " Ratatouille Pizza " . The cover says its " non-dairy " and " vegetarian " . It is Vegan!! Here's the ingredients - crust: wheat flour, water, sunflower seed oil, salt, brewer's yeast; topping: tomato pulp, peeled tomatoes, zucchini, red pepper, onion, eggplant, water, black olives, tomato puree, vegetable exracts, modified corn starch, basil, salt, sugar, garlic, olive oil, thyme, paprika, black pepper... Compared to the other vegan frozen pizza we've tried, Amy's Roasted Vegetable, the TJ's pizza seems to bake to a thinner, crisper crust, and is not as " sweet " as the crust on Amy's. Also, overall, seemed less oily. Overall rating: yummy! 16.5 oz for $3.89 -- check it out!! FYI, the Daly City TJs still had some UnTurkeys available, too.
