The house: Great location, peaceful and quiet

neighboorhood, charming interior, well equipped

kitchen, huge backyard with veggie planting space.

This place is great if you're tired of boxy, dull

apartments and are looking for a place with a bit more

character...

Me: I'm young, male, work during the week, and

otherwise like to cook, bike, read, and a bunch of

other stuff. I'm easygoing and like to chat. I'm a

vegetarian, but not a fanatic or anything, don't

worry!

You: It would be great if we got along well... I'm

cool with all genders and ages, etc. Come on by and we

can see if it would work out. It would be a plus if

you didn't smoke.

The place is available immediately, so the sooner you

could move in, the better. I'm flexible though, so if

you have reservations just ask and we can talk about

it.
