Hi all,

 

We do have a charter in place for everyone's benefit. If you feel a

post is off-topic, we ask that you forward that post to the attention

of the list admins at: -owner

 

We'd rather not see a whole flurry of posts simply posting to agree

or disagree whether a post is on/off topic.
