Friends,

Sorry for the repeat post, but I just thought folks might prefer this

version with the reply form included. Also, please note that even if you

can't make the dinner, you can still come to the talk that follows. And

please help us get the word out by telling all your friends. Hope to see you

there!

Thanks!

Michele

The Center for Informed Food Choices cordially invites you to attend our

Second Annual Chefs’ Choice Dinner

With special guest speakers Frances Moore Lappé and Anna Lappé,

authors of Hope’s Edge: The New Diet for a Small Planet.

Frances Moore Lappé’s groundbreaking Diet for Small Planet sold three

million copies in 1971, awakening us to the devastating impacts of

industrial agriculture. Now Frances and her daughter Anna have teamed

up in Hope’s Edge to bring their message to a new generation by

embarking on an inspirational global journey.

Don’t miss this rare opportunity to hear the Lappés share stories of

how the diverse cultures they visited are overcoming great challenges

within a global food system, as they offer their vision for a healthier

planet.
