Guest guest Posted February 20, 2002 Report Share Posted February 20, 2002 Here's a good vegan natural foods frosting recipe: 2 cups nut butter (cashew or almond) 3/4 cup carob or cocoa powder 3/4 cup maple syrup 1 Tbs vanilla 1/4 to 1/2 cup soy milk (to desired consistency) Mix all ingredients in food processor. Yields 3 cups Note: if using cocoa powder you may need to adjust quantity depending on the quality of the cocoa.
