Membership milestone... Six-Month Birthday celebration..

Hi everyone,

Well, 250 is definitely a milestone to acknowledge! Let's give a warm

welcome to the person that made that possible, our 250th member, Martha in

San Francisco!! Martha's got a great email address, too -

meatisnotfood, and is opening her home for a potluck on Saturday

(see her recent post).

On the topic of get-togethers, we were thinking that our " 6-month " Birthday

is approaching & we should have a party! The closest weekend to the 6-month

mark is the first weekend in April, the 6th or 7th. Weather should be nice

& sunny by then, how about a party / picnic / potluck?? Couple of different

ideas around this.. and we'd like to get some feedback from y'all to see if

there's interest in this.

You all know how fond I am of polls :-) but the drawback is with the

Groups poll feature is that only one question can be answered at a time.

But I found another survey service that lets you do all the question at

once. You don't have to register or anything, just & tell

us what you think!

FYI - all survey results are anonymous! Even if you choose to provide your

name on the survey, it will not be linked to whatever answers you selected.

Providing your name/e-mail is only important if we need to reach you (i.e.

if you volunteer to help).

Deadline to & tell us what you think -- Saturday, 3/2.
