Wow, I am totally amazed to find out the environmental implications of

manufacturing yeast. Nutritional yeast is one of my favorite things to cook

with, too!

 

Two of my favorite recipes for it are from the Farm Vegetarian cookbook -

macaroni & cheese, and grilled tofu cheese sandwiches.... and don't forget

the cheesy gravy sauce from Cookbook for People Who Love Animals......
