Remember, with , you can manage your list subscription choices.

Simply send an e-mail to the address setting you want. You will receive a

confirmation e-mail that your subscription has been changed.

-Switch to no-mail: -nomail

-Switch to daily digest: -digest

 

or, if you would like,

-Switch to individual messages: -normal

 

This info is also at the bottom of every message from the list.
