McDonalds admits they STILL have BEEF flavorings in their French

Fries (in America), tell your friends the news. Oh my Goodness!

Frozen Vegan Korean potstickers I recommended are SOLD OUT. The only

thing they have close to it is, Vegetarian Potstickers with eggs, with

no MSG. Everyone, please keep your eyes open for similar products.

#38 Geary bus have bike racks. Rain

Children can ride partial route with us. This is a

singles ride cause when a few married couples show up

to my events they don't feel comfortable that 95% of

the people are single, so I'm posting my events--

single. Non-singles can always join us, they have

announce that you are not single.

Veggie Burgers will be near the Speedway meadows

around 12 noon. If you wish to volunteer, please

email Jennifer. This is a real fun and popular event.

 

 

Park and Health permits have been paid at this Meat

Out event. (very expensive $, ugh) www.sfvs.org

We will try to make to the burgers vegan. Wildwood

burgers will be used.
