Guest guest Posted March 15, 2002 Report Share Posted March 15, 2002 ABC local news (KGO, channel 7) just announced the results of a Stanford University study, which concluded that exercise is a better predictor of health and longevity than risk factors, such as smoking and cholesterol. So, if any of you veggies think that your diets alone will save you from an early encounter with the Grim Reaper, it's time to think again - preferably while you're jogging.
