Guest guest
www.vegan.com --- 4 months ago I heard John Robbins at a lecture in San Francisco. He made a great quote similar to this: " Any type of progress no matter how small, is great as long as there is a POSITIVE FORWARD MOMENTUM. " John Robbin was answering to people who were doubtful of PETA's success by getting some fast foods to treat animals better for slaughter. I personally thought that was a very moving message and made a few things personally more clear to me. I think John's message can also apply to the BK Burgers. ---- Howard Lyman said, <HLyman> The diet of North America is changing. We have gone from 95 pounds of red meat consumption per year to 65 pounds in the last 20 years. This definitely shows we are moving in the right direction. When's the last time somebody told you they were eating MORE red meat? http://madcowboy.com/excerpts.htm (last 90%) Hopefully meat consumption will go down even lower in a the near future, thanks to more vegan products and better consumer choices. sunny Movies - coverage of the 74th Academy Awards® http://movies./
