Hi Folks,

 

The title for the following article from Washington Post should have

read " N-3 fatty acids cut risk of sudden death " instead of " Oils in

fish cut risk of sudden death " . Buried towards the end, you will read

that " Flax seed oil, canola oil and English walnuts all contain

significant amounts of the oils " .
