CHEAP RENT - SCOTTS VALLEY. Share 2br House. Beautiful setting at end of

the road with green hills, coyotes, deer; yet only 2.5 miles to freeway on

ramp. Magnificient views out the large windows. Quiet because there is no

thru traffic. Need someone really cool to work space issues out with.

Currently live here w/ex girlfriend who is in the process of moving. I am

relaxed Bisexual Man, very tolerant and respectful of straight or gay or bi

people. You would get one bedroom (10.5 x 13.5) with 2 huge picture windows

that look out on lovely meadow and tree-lined skyline; and use of the rest

of the house including setting up comfortable front room w/me. Bathroom has

separate full shower and bath and lots of cabinet space. Kitchen is small

but adequate.

 

Frontroom has 3 large picture windows with great views too. The house is

clean and very liveable. Room for your furniture and ample storage room too.

Basic Cable is already here, also I have sat tv, but no 2nd receiver, but

I'm sure we can get one. Rent is 975 now (half of which is 487.50 a month);

(plus half of the $1550 deposit, which since I've already paid it, we might

be able to work out you paying over time) (plus part of utilities).. There

is also a ripoff $200 fee they charge for 'processing' new roomate changes

which I would be willing to share paying with you.. The place is an end unit

2 story w/no common walls with other tenants. And the neighbors are quiet

and non-obtrusive. I want someone liberal, tolerant, able to communicate;

and beyond that I would give you your space to be whoever you are and mind

my own business other than for whatever our level of comfort is with each

other. We'd have to talk first before I would bring you here to see the

place because I want someone that I can relate to on at least minimum
