animal welfare issues.

 

 

Dear Friends,

 

I just got this alert from another group. NPR visited PeTA's headquarters

about six weeks ago, to include in a larger story about McDonald's efforts

to improve animal welfare standards. The program is being aired on today's

" All Things Considered. " You can tune into KQED (88.5 FM) at 4:30 for the

show.

I will do a more thorough write up later but wanted to get something out

immediately for those of you, probably West Coasters, who may still have a

chance to catch the show live. Los Angeleseans such as myself can listen on

89.9 at 4pm.
