Guest guest Posted April 23, 2002 Report Share Posted April 23, 2002 I love the Gardenburger " Flame " cooked. It is vegan, comes in a red box, frozen and has flame stripes across the patty. I brown bag these to work. I put the frozen patty in a bun, frozen or otherwise. By lunch time they are pretty much thawed but I nuke them in the microwave at work, put on lettuce, tomato, condiments, etc. Easy and fast to put together in the morning. Bon appetit!
