Earth Day festival, which we are sponsoring along with Acterra. It will be

held on Sunday April 28th from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm at the Blossom Hill

Elementary School at 16400 Blossom Hill Road (3 blocks down from Los Gatos

Blvd - plenty of parking). The event will consist of a speaker forum,

environmental product and service vendors, environmental organizations,

children's activities, electric vehicles, massages, a raffle, and most

likely yoga. In addition, we will have vege/organic food sampling (yes,

free food, including smoothies!) and International Vegi House from San Jose

will do lunch. Admission to the event is free.

 

The speaker forum is subject to change, but it's looking like this:

 

10:45 - 11:30 Yoga

11:30 - 12:15 Simple living

12:15 - 1:00 Forestry

1:00 - 2:30 Energy Conservation/Alternative energy (panel

presentation)

2:30 - 3:30 Green Building

3:30 - 4:30 The Planet and your Plate

 

We have attached the flier for the event, and would greatly appreciate it

if you could route this to all your lists and/or print and post around town.

You may also stop by the store for copies of the flier or call us at the

store if you'd like for us to mail you some - 59 N. Santa Cruz Ave, Los

Gatos, 408 395-3975. If you're not in the area, please forward it on to

people in the Bay Area that would be interested.
