Guest guest Posted May 9, 2002 Report Share Posted May 9, 2002 That's true - all their products contain whey protein, which is a darn shame because they're absolutely fabulous! My non-veg husband uses the " Veat Bites " in stir fry - he precooks them first in a pan with some chili oil and spices, then adds to already made stir fry (either his own or Amy's Kitchen) and has a fabulous meal. I remember the breast product as being pretty good, but don't remember how we prepared it. The " fillet " is supposed to taste like salmon but doesn't - although it's not bad on its own, it will never be mistaken for a nice fish fillet.
